We never expected a Pandemic, and guess what? It happened. Here we are in the middle of a pandemic. We are finding new ways to learn how to use different programs and digital resources for our students. Also, we are taking courses in Distance Learning, Google Classrooms, Seesaw, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Bitmoji, Virtual Classrooms, adding Cliparts, making videos, and using all the platforms we can imagine. Most of the teachers, counselors, students, parents, and the world struggled for a while and then exploded a technological boom out of nowhere. Even if you were not ready, guess what? Here we are, and we need to strive for excellence.
Engaging in a Distance Learning World can be difficult, especially if your population wasn’t ready for it. Most of our students didn’t have computers, internet, or someone who can stay with them, help them, and guide them. Many digital resources came up in the front line, but neither the teachers, students, administrators, and parents weren’t ready for it. Professional development started rising above our heads. YAY!!!! We need to learn; we were challenged and pushed to our limits; on the other hand, other people felt discouraged. You may think I can’t. Let me tell you something, YES, you can! You’ve got this, don’t give up.
Tomas Monson said: “Our most significant opportunities will be found in times of greatness challenges.”

It is so true! Even I found a new job, I started my TpT career in the middle of a pandemic! How can that be possible? Yes. Take a minute to reflect. Think of yourself a year ago; how much you grow? How much have you learned? Feel proud of yourself and embrace your new you. You didn’t quit, and you said challenge accepted.
One of the new ideas…well, technically wasn’t new, but it blooms again…the Virtual Classrooms. Virtual Classrooms revolved around the pandemic COVID-19. Due to the needs, everyone started creating new creative ways to teach and engage with their scholars, and that requires a lot of work, but it is incredible. You didn’t quit, and you said challenge accepted.
New things are being incorporated into our everyday worlds, such as all the Google Classrooms, Seesaw, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and all the online docs we can imagine. The digital world took over for good, and for some of us, it helps us grow to the next level like we never imagine.
